Open Day is one of the most crucial recruitment events for the University of New South Wales, essential for engaging with future students. I led the overhaul of the Open Day digital experience, by crafting bold creative strategies and designing immersive interfaces. I steered the project from design through development to a successful launch. My leadership transformed the Open Day digital experience, engaging 10,000 future students and their families. The innovative platform redefined how the university connects with future students, both leading up to and on the day of the event. It also streamlined collaboration between stakeholders and within internal teams; design, marketing, events and sales — setting a new benchmark for educational events.
